Abstract

This thesis presents the Power Loss Analysis on Bidirectional 48Vdc 12Vdc Converter of Electric Vehicles with High Frequency Controller (100kHz). In making this device, it is perfect for the applications because the device is designed to increase and decrease the voltage using a single controller. It is suitable for which application is narrow space. On the other hand, electric cars do not use alternator for charging to battery as an internal combustion engine. therefore, the need to transfer power from 12V to 48V or reverse in the case. Any necessity namely the use of a bidirectional DC-DC converter. The calculation of all parameter values theoretically with PCB design and assemble this model board. For experiments, this device was developed to operate at a high frequency. that is 100KHz which makes it possible for the entire circuit to operate with a compact design. This small size also makes it possible to reduce the power consumption of the circuit. Power Loss is decreased. The operation buck mode and boost mode get-up efficiency is 96%.
