Abstract | Height depth and width of the weld seam are the most important factors in the strength of a quality weld seam. This research shows that the quality of welds varies, while the height of welds and the width of welds vary due to parameters such as voltage intensity wire transmission speed, moving speed, and welding head angle. It is important to establish a relationship between the welding process parameters and the weld seam geometry for achieving good quality weld seams. According to this experiment, the best quality and geometric welding seam is using the current parameters 120A, voltage 19V, transformer speed 160mm / min, wire transmission speed 6.5mm / min, welding head angle 85o, which achieves Strength 438.16 MPa and Elongation 14.51 (%). |
