Abstract

This paper presents the mixing proportion of high-performance concrete (HPC) having compressive strength over 80 MPa. This type of concrete comprises of almost con-stituents with fine particles and often having additional steel fibers in the mixture of HPC. The HPC showed excellent properties such as high compressive strength, high stiffness, improved toughness and durability compared to high strength concrete (HSC) and normal strength concrete (NSC). However, unlike HSC and NSC available in Cambodia, the HPC has not yet been conducted in details. Therefore, this HPC should be studied to have a high reliability for usage in Cambodia.
